At Madhav one has a choice of sampling purely vegetarian dishes done in the style of African and Indian cuisine with some Chinese cuisine thrown in.
The specialty dishes that Madhav is known for are the South Indian and Punjabi dishes. In the category of South Indian dishes, one can enjoy a variety of dhosa from masala dhosa to cheese dhosa as well as a variety of uttapam. If in the mod for Punjabi dishes one can choose from paneer makhni, dal tadka, cheese naan, biryani among others.
