Job Summary:
To lead, visualize and set the bar for the DDB Art department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
To be able to mentor designers to their full potential
To have a strategic point-of-view for a Brand’s creative direction
To be able to conceptualize art in accordance to campaign/brand ethos and aesthetics
Minimum Qualifications:
7+ years of design experience
5 years of experience in an agency
Multi-media capability, fluency in traditional and new media
Strengths and Skills:
Leadership and strategic intent
