15th August, 2017
Paul Kihiko, founder of Wing It sat down with Harleen Jabbal of the Crossover Kenya Show to talk about his journey as an entrepreneur.
As a child, Paul had a passion for the hospitality industry which led him to Switzerland to pursue certification in Restaurant Management. After that, he travelled to Malaysia and obtained a diploma in Restaurant Management and finally, he got a degree in International Tourism and Hospitality at the University Of Sunderland, UK.
Paul then came back home out of his desire to be part of Africa’s story. Coming from a family of restaurant owners, it was a no brainer for Paul to start his own.
The idea for Wing It came to him as he sat down for a meal with his friends and the rest as they say is history. Paul’s biggest personal drive comes from his desire to be part of Kenya’s and Africa’s economy as well as being able to provide employment for the many unemployed Kenyan youth.
Tune in to the Crossover Kenya Show to find out more about Paul’s incredible journey.
