The young people have until 30th June, 2019 to submit their ideas, designs or prototypes and share their futuristic vision of flight in the world. The competition is in three categories:

The initiatives within the three categories will be managed under ICAO’s leadership, supported by KCAA and coordinated locally through Young Aviators Club of Africa (YACA). The competitions are being launched in commemoration of the ICAO’s 75th anniversary later this year.
The Aviation Innovation Competition is designed to inspire creativity in young leaders. Winning entries will be identified nationally, regionally and globally, with winners at each level being highlighted on ICAO’s website and to its global aviation social media community.
